Do you have any employees on site to help me?

On-site, we do not.  Our club is fully automated with Ai support.  If at anytime you need assistance, you can reach out to us at 307-269-5699.  In the event of an emergency or simulator lockup or outage, call Brandon at 307-431-2206.

 

How much does it cost?

Our hourly bay rental rate is $40 per hour.  You can save by becoming a member and choosing a monthly or yearly membership. Monthly Membership options are $100 per month for 4 hours (Par), $150 per month for 8 hours (Birdie), $200 per month for 12 hours (Eagle) and $300 per month for unlimited hours (Albatross).  Annual Memberships are $1,000 for Par Members, $1,500 for Birdie Members, $2,000 for Eagle Members and $3,000 for Albatross Members.

Do we pay per person?

No! When you book one of our bays it’s all yours for you and up to 4 guests. Guests always golf free with a paying member. Everyone entering the club is required to sign a waiver though, whether they’re golfing or not.

How long are monthly memberships?

Monthly memberships are month-to-month and will renew each month on the day you originally signed up until cancelled. Cancellation is easy and can be done at any time, we just ask for 30 days notice.

How long are annual memberships?

Annual memberships last one year and will renew each year on the day you originally signed up until cancelled. You may cancel annual memberships by providing notice 30 days in advance. Your membership will remain active until the year is up.

Do I need my own clubs?

Nope. Most of our members bring their own clubs, but we have rental clubs for those who need a set. Rental clubs come in right handed for adults adult and youth.  Currently we are vetting the idea of purchasing left handed rentals. Rental clubs cost $10 per session. Any intentional damage to the clubs may result in a charge for replacement.

Who can golf here?

Everyone. We have a wide range of golfers. Some are scratch golfers who enjoy the data and game improvement aspects. Some are casual golfers who enjoy playing iconic courses like Pebble Beach and the ability to play even when it’s -15* and snowing outside!
We regularly see kids in the club playing one of the many family friendly games like putt-putt golf or Scrapyard where you hit balls at cars in a junkyard and they blow up when hit. Come check us out and see for yourself.

How does the unlimited membership work?

Unlimited memberships have no limit on the number of hours they can play per month. They are limited to 2 hours of concurrent bookings. This means you could book 5-7pm and at 6pm you would be able to add the 7-8 booking, at 7pm you could add the 8-9 booking, etc. This allows members to get extra time in the club while also maintaining the ability of other members to reserve times.

Can I use my own golf ball?

You can use your own golf ball but we have to be specific about what can be hit into our screens:

The ball must be white and have no colored logos or sharpie marks on the ball.  The ball must also be new and free of scuffs and other degraded marks.

Can I putt on the simulator as well?

Absolutely! Trackman will read everything from Driver to Putter! To help aid putting for the simulator experience, Trackman will help aim you as well as show you putt speed and break with 2 ball speed "lines" to follow!

Do I have to select the correct club for each shot?

You do not have to change clubs on the software unless you want to see more precise data.  Trackman will suggest a club, or try to guess what club you are hitting. The launch monitor will still register basic shot data like distance and spin rates based on whatever club you use.  If you want to see specifics like ball impact location on the club face, ensuring the correct club is displayed is important.

Do you offer food or beverages?

We have a basic vending machine in the building that houses some snacks and drinks, however, we are conveniently located adjacent to Blair's Market which has a great selection of snacks, drinks and meals!  For planning purposes, Blair's is open 6am to 9pm daily.
